At 5.45pm we'll be paying tribute to former Sheriff of Norwich Joe Stirling, who fled the Nazis in the 1930s - his family died in the Holocaust. Joe died last week aged 95. You can listen to Joe's incredible story in full here, when he spoke to us in 2014: https://t.co/l4C0fkQ4lE

We had some very special guests at our youth trials this afternoon, including the Lord Mayor of Norwich, Vaughan Thomas, the Sheriff of Norwich, Dr Marian Prinsley and the Director of Sport at UEA, Phil Steele who officially launched the Beth Alexander foundation❤️
@jonesy040669@deanwoods I quite like the rule as well. Just need to make sure it’s implemented consistently. Any ‘hack a shaq’ fouls should surely be a yellow card as well?
@deanwoods@Rich_Hayward@EnglandKorfball@korfballleague I can’t see how you are not allowed to make sub if they are injured or not? Then reading the rule any of the attackers can take the pen. I hope that this is clarified to all the refs and coaches before the season starts.
