- Remove dash passive
- Replace lvl 3 double-dash perk; grant a dash charge when catching someone in the arc snare.
(Like fuses speed boost on knuckle cluster hit)

Stops the dash spam/OP use during firefights/chases, but allows her to act on her tactical more.

@Nitin1mann @ddark_passenger @TitanfallBlog Dude lifeline and wattson both have low profile too. They take the same damage yet wattson is much easier to hit and has no movement/escape abilities. Wraith is not hard to play.
