NEW: BPI research reveals that a Marxist-Leninist group with documented ties to China has been a critical mobilizer in efforts that have blocked or delayed $23.6 billion in AI investment in the US.

Its scalps include 10 data center moratoria, 1 permanent data center ban, and 4 rejected or scrapped AI projects.

2）token吞吐量= HBM size × HBM bandwidth，导致HBM size和带宽必须代代翻倍；

3）HBM因满足“部分定制化+结构性指数需求+快速技术迭代”三条条件中的两条半，周期性大幅减弱。

4）DRAM则因agentic AI（长上下文、状态化进程、sandbox隔离）带来CPU服务器TAM指数级增长+每核DRAM用量大幅提升，形成新的结构性需求，虽不如HBM彻底，但已具备成长周期属性。

5）中国长鑫扩产对全行业bit增长影响有限（CAGR仅提升约1.5%），难以重蹈传统周期覆辙。

What we are seeing is the equivalent of your house being on fire and the fire fighters asking for a bribe to put it out. But also they actually lit the fire in the first place.

Dram cartel would rather engage in rent seeking behavior than add value. Won’t end good for them I’ll say that much hope Terafab & CXMT absolutely flood it & i hope people realize the only way out of this is by innovation. Regardless expect dram prices to fall while flash gains a larger and larger share of the pie in 2027.
