@MVEP_hr Multiple attempts to contact the Croatian embassy in Delhi WRT our visa have been met with failure. No response to emails, our passports have reached the embassy over 50 days ago & the travel date is only 13 days away! Please help & guide with a way forward.

Extreme negligence on the part of @goibibo@goibibo_tech where a solution offered by a hotel has not been extended to the customer for over a month! @MoHFW_INDIA please take note that when trips get cancelled due to #COVID2019 the company doesn't help close the issue.

@AmazonHelp Ofcourse I have. Your chat bot follows a flow chart that leads to no solution. Requesting a call back ensures my phone rings, I hear the welcome message & the call is cut.
I have tried cancelling the order so I can place a fresh order, but even that isn't happening.

A wait of 5 days & over 3 hours today has not been enough for your team to respond to emails wherein hotels have offered a solution to me directly.
