Booking bikes on trains is far too hard. And only 2 bike spaces per train is pretty terrible. I called @GWRHelp and they said it had to be done when booking the tickets, but over Facebook they will book the bikes for you, though too slowly to reserve the sale price seats…

@Mandoline_Blue @bikesandbabies I’m 5’ and not strong. I have a Boardman HYB 8.9e 45cm. Not light but when researching was the lightest I could find. I really like it, my partner does have to do a lot of the heavy lifting if we go anywhere with it, like on the train. Can handle some off road too.

@HistoryMuppet I love Bean and his bunny picnic. My dad recorded this somehow to a camcorder tape in the late 80s and I wore the tape out I watched it so much. I’m small so can relate to Bean and his struggles. I smile every time you post something with him in 😊🐰 thank you!

@PompeyBUG Not sure if I will be more scared to cycle on the shared path or the road. I’ll probably use the path as I imagine drivers would get mad if I was holding them up when they believe I should be using the path. Don’t fancy an argument with a car...

@SarahJ_Berry I’m 5 foot, and the smallest womens waterproof cycling trousers that don’t look like you’re wearing a bin bag still fit my 6 foot partner better than they fit me. Also overshoes for non clipped in shoes, and in my small size.

@jlandpartners I called and emailed about using One4all card with JohnLewis vouchers and both times received confusing answers. I have £95 total to spend on something that costs £199, can I do this? If not I shouldn’t have bothered using my JL credit card to save up my vouchers.
