@TheBillAllan Depending on my players, I like to use a 4d6 array. Go one-by-one having the players roll 4d6 (drop lowest of course) and write the results into a 6x6 grid. Then have your players choose any row, column, or either of the diagonals with no one able to choose the same.
This is why the shift to everyone hating each other has been so hard for millennials.
Many of us went to diverse schools where everyone basically got along. Sure, jokes were made & bad people existed, but there was a general code of respect.
