@DCPoliceDept Happy to hear this because yest. I saw NYPD officers from 50th Precint stop a man driving a white Ford jeep wearing all black that resembled this killer. The guy claimed a woman in another car had just sprayed him with pepper spray when he pulled up to her car. Wonder why?

@GovKathyHochul Gov. Hochul, what if anything have you doe to make sure companies like SomosCare who operates MTA subway station test centers are investigated & reprimanded for delays in Covid19 test results? I got my results via a text 9 days after taking test. This has led to spread in our NYC
