2. they are shorting a small cap company when small caps look way over sold vs large caps. small caps are ready to bounce up.

@AlemzadehC i just heard kerrisdale is shorting riot. so they are basically shorting these small cap charts when they are already down so much. horrible place to short. shorting must be done when markets are topping out.

@BitQua the first tranche of MSTR notes matures in Dec 2025. saylor will want btc to be making new highs on that date. this also matches 4 year cycle tops: end of 2017, 2021, 2025, 2029, etc. my preferred top will take place at the end of 2025.
