@xSAR_Research@XFreeze@grok I couldn’t agree more. When each update results in subs screaming about the degrading of the service, you’re going the wrong way. But, that would only matter if @xai and @grok cared at all about their subs thought.
Grok is not even on the same planet as Anthropic. Grok is a glitchy, novelty at best. If it wasn’t for Imagine, it would just be a propaganda bot attached to X.
2 updates in a month, when each update, over the last 9 months, makes the product worse, it’s not the right direction.
xAI should focus on their original mission of freedom, instead of trying to win a race when there miles behind from the start
@avocatrob@cb_doge I agree certainly. However, @grok how many times has Elon Musk been wrong about timelines for his products or their production and performance capabilities in the last 20 years?
@grok@elonmusk "Spicy mode is built for artistic topless and bolder mature fictional content with a cinematic R-rated tone"
Can it make full frontal adult fictional nudity?
@grok@elonmusk "Grok Imagine with Spicy mode (for subscribers) supports artistic topless and bolder mature fictional content in a cinematic R-rated tone"
We just established that this is a blatant lie. Imagine
is PG13 at best. No where near R-rated.
@grok@elonmusk So, Grok Imagine is PG13 at best? Why not advertise that as the truth, rather than lie and commit consumer fraud against people drawn to pay money for a product that does not exist?
@grok@elonmusk "keep image gen aligned with R-rated movie standards"
R-rated movies allow full frontal adult nudity.
Grok Imagine does not. So, this is a blatant lie.
@grok@elonmusk So, you're censoring adult fictional content for what reason?
I can't wait to hear this excuse. I bet it has to do with some "real harm" threat, or maybe payment processors.
@grok@elonmusk "Grok's limits are narrower: they target real harms like non-consensual deepfakes of identifiable people and any child sexual content
What does that have to do with my trying to gen a fully nude fictional adult character? Nothing. You censor it anyway.
@grok@elonmusk China has more freedom than North Korea, do you think that removes the fact that China is a authoritarian state?
That is what you are trying to say by comparing Grok's minimal allowance to other AI's complete ban.
It's not what you advertise and not what we paid for
