Step 1: Body

· Drink water
· Sleep 7-8 hours
· Walk 8-10k steps
· Eat high protein whole food diet
Step 2: Mind
· Set a new identity
· Manage emotions
· Create good habits
· Hang with other fit people
As your doing step 1 focus on step 2.
Last day in my department tomorrow. Dang, idk why, but it makes me a bit emotional. But lol, doing my old tasks one last time today reminded me how glad I’m leaving. It’s the people I’ll miss, not the work 😆

Turning thoughts into words sharpens reasoning. What's fuzzy in your head is clear on the page.
"I'm not a writer" shouldn't stop you from writing. Writing is a tool for thinking.
Applied for a project manager position at my company. Interview next Wednesday. Pray that I have a clear mind and that I can present myself well and professional.
Recently subscribed to a program that helps track macros and provides a coach. Got my weekly results back today and I just want to say that it helps so much to have someone else's professional input. It's reassuring to know that you're doing the right things.
