Update on today's filing...

Alls fair in love and war they say. For a variety of timekeeping and administrative reasons as you can see in the motion filed today I backed everyone off to 17 September. FINRA got back to me late today and they will per the USCSs have until 7 October to respond but will probably do it far sooner. I will probably be at sea for a bit end of August anyway so would not be in a position to swing in court anyway.

I am seriously exploring filing to put them into receivership (in Delaware, which is where they are incorporated) with a court appointed "Receiver" for fraud, corruption, violation of their charter, horrific corporate governance, conflict of interest, violations of the Securities Act, violations of Dodd-Frank, conspiracy, violations of the Anti-Money Laundering provisions of Title 18, operating an illegal stock exchange to launder naked shorts, failure to supervise broker-dealers, claiming ownership of the OTC-UTP securities (which they just did!!!), retaliation, and for knowingly allowing multinational countries to move their short positions offshore into their foreign subsidiaries to take them "off the books in the USA'" and therefore destabilize the US financial system which is a violation of the National Security Act of 1947 (especially since it has been reported the the largest US financial institutions have been laundering OUR securities across the board to invest in banned Chinese companies.)

FINRAs Board of Governors delegates authority to the (UPC) Uniform Practice Code Committee to administer the FINRA code. FINRA is a self-regulatory organization that oversees and regulates its members actions. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) also oversees FINRA.

The entire #MMTLPfiasco began with @FINRA and their “member firms” and ended with an EPIC failure on the part of the SEC a/k/a @GaryGensler to actually OVERSEE.

Looks like y’all need to strap on your thinking caps and come to the table. You have given 65,000 $MMTLP shareholders 564 days to uncover levels of corruption that will shake the industry to its core.

$MMTLP To work for 40-50 years to retire and die a few years later is bullshit! I refuse to work making shit wages while my body gets broken down and my mental state gets beaten down. I invested in the market so I can at least have a few extra years to travel and live a good life in my golden years…Now all these regulators and money managers are manipulating my hard earned money and taking it to make themselves bigger. Well I’m not gonna stand for it anymore. I want the life YOU GUYS have! And have it while not stealing from hard working people. For the people that are able to read this that can make a difference, just know I’m one of hundreds and thousands of people that feel the same way I do. Thanks for reading.

@TaraBull808 That's what I would consider "full figured". I believe "fat" is when your frame does not carry your weight well, which is subjective for each person. This particular young lady doesn't qualify as "fat". However, she is "soft", so not super fit yet still attractive.
