@DanielKim828@Pikithome@nejatian Odds r they r against the pay package. if reached or exceeded, its into the billions, B, billions. Already a multi millionaire, letβs hope for everyone @nejatian can exceed the $33 level, shareholders get rewarded & maybe his philanthropic endeavors will be meaningful
@founderwithadhd@nejatian can we put a number, a percentage, a target, a gate anything on overall costs and staffing levels, please. We need the numbers on both sides going in the proper direction. @rabois did make a pretty bold statement regarding the bloated staffing levels
@GMN_watch When was the last time we had a PR to announce something significant with real numbers in it? How will the last 2 acquisitions impact earnings. Whatβs the incremental revenue and r there synergies that will help opex. Share price matters @nejatian
@AmitTalkStocks It was very unclear and a CEO should let the chips fall where they fall, be confident enough in the teams performance to win the vote. He made it sound like it was @nejatian himself directly on the ballot, not his teammates.
@nejatian@LiebermanAustin I see the opex number as an issue and an opportunity. What was the employee count when u started and what is it now? Market coverage, at 95%, how do u see the acceptance rate in the new areas? $open
@nejatian@morganb Kaz , you never have ever responded to any of my tweets, ever. @morganb has, thank you. This is an honest real question, why are they recommending voting against you?
@rabois@buyingwater247@LordHbo@grok Thatβs good news, Iβll keep searching lol. Iβm all in on $open. Like the team thats being built. If we can get the market to see we r no longer a RE company and more of a platform, we can get a re rate. Patience
@buyingwater247@rabois@LordHbo@grok Direct Personal Ownership
β’ 615,409 shares (per Form 3 filing in Sept 2025). No sales or purchases reported.Khosla Ventures (Hedge Fund / VC Fund) In Sept 2025, Khosla Ventures Opportunity III, LP purchased 5,263,158 shares in a private PIPE financing for $35 million.
@iamjohnbaiano@PhoenixB_2 I would argue that what this purchase really does is signal that Berkshire is trying to get in front of a multi year recovery in housing. Historically they donβt invest in short duration transactions so they must feel this will be a long term turnaround. $open
@GoodFundies Too much analytical bull shit being pumped into his head. I wish they would just let these kids hit. They did make to the bigs, just let them be
@ssj2abid There is a giant pile of dilution associated with kaz, plus all the new hires. We know kaz is >90m have to assume another 90 for the new crew. add 180m to the 965m, this makes it harder. The big key is a re rating of the business, away from a RE company to a platform $open
@RosannaInvests@nejatian Re rating is key. Canβt be considered a RE company anymore @nejatian has already changed the verbiage. Need to show ability for sustained profit and become a platform, this gets the retate we sorely need
