We're thinking of Kate, William, their children and all the @RoyalFamily as they battle cancer on multiple fronts.

I heard the news during a fundraiser for @caudwellkids, which helps disabled children with more than 650 different medical conditions.

The diagnosis of the Princess at the age of 42 was another reminder that ill health pays no regard to age, wealth or status.
