@LGAfrica1 Your customers service is very poor in Abuja. I bought a new AC from LG colors outlet in kado. After installation the installer noticed 1 AC was faulty, they left the AC unattended to for 4 months, all efforts to make them change is in vain. Their managers act like God's.

@LGAfrica1 I'm very disappointed with your recent customer service team in Abuja. I bought 8 units of AC from colors by founi, two of the units were discovered to be faulty they left it unattended to for 4 months and refused to replace. I'm a returning LG customer of over 15 years
