@PlJonson Agreed. Especially if your defense industry could deliver within reasonable timeline. You do not share a border with ruzzia. Latvia does. And the threat here is current. Not theoretical or in the future.
@baltfootballpod At Baltic Football News you are trying to make a sensation out of what has been widely known for 10 yrs. And somehow you are doing it just weeks before the UECL League Phase. Why aren't you so transparent and why haven't you been before? What's the goal now? Get RFC kicked out?
Virzām visaptverošu imigrācijas ierobežošanas plānu❗️
Balstoties uz Saeimas parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas rekomendācijām un izpildot valdības deklarācijā noteikto, izskatīšanai virzu Iekšlietu ministrijā sagatavoto visaptverošu imigrācijas ierobežošanas plānu.
Plāns paredz:
🔹 kvotas trešo valstu valstspiederīgajiem;
🔹 stingras prasības ārvalstu studentiem un augstskolām;
🔹 ierobežojumus ārvalstnieku nodarbinātībai un kurjerpakalpojumu darbībai;
🔹 stingrāku patvēruma meklētāju kontroli un regulārus reidus;
🔹 Valsts aizsardzības dienestu Valsts robežsardzē.
Mēs nedrīkstam pieļaut, ka mūsu tautu aizstāj ieceļotāji no citiem pasaules reģioniem. Stingra imigrācijas politika ir nacionālas valsts ilgtermiņa pastāvēšanas jautājums.

West 2026: hey, Baltics, watch out for russia.
Baltics:
@GLandsbergis Of course, @NATO is stronger. And of course they will come for help. The question is: how timely the help will be. Will russians have time to make another Bucha in the Baltics? How asymmetric will be @NATO response? Help might result in boots on the ground and also only in ammo.
@GLandsbergis State Duma elections are a month away. A mobilization will follow. Worst case, it is a matter of months, not years. We are talking about our Baltic countries. Russia doesn't need to mobilize 300k soldiers to occupy Suwałki or Narva. Or test other places.
