@tomduncalf Thanks Tom! Where can I see that in action? Are you talking the NOISE app? Is the auto-dismiss after connection a feature of that view when it’s presented modally, or is there additional implementation for that?

@tomduncalf I was looking to do it programmatically, or at least with a different UI. I haven’t seen this done in any app yet so prob not possible w public APIs. I know CoreBluetooth well so that’s not a hurdle, it’s the CBPeripheral to MIDI device initialization that is unknown.

@AppleSupport Thanks for jumping in! I just tried the USB troubleshooting steps with no luck. I did not see the device in sys. Info. I should also point you here: https://t.co/jU3P9FwPNN. I tried resetting SMC and PRAM as well. The device still works on my other MBP that has not been updated

Anyone else having issues with USB audio interfaces after installing macOS 10.13.2? I’m considering replacing my trusty old M-Audio Fast Track Pro, since it’s no longer recognized as an output device. No word from @AppleSupport yet on whether or not this is temporary.
