How is your client @SafaricomPLC supposed to contact the recipient whose number is switched off/temporarily out of service? Its only you can can curtail the recipent from accessing and utilising that money sent, effectively reversing the money.

Cases of Mpesa users sending money to wrong numbers are not new. @SafaricomPLC should have put in place mechanisms to help its customers. This happened to me and its frustraing to be told you cant get it back cause the recipient cant consent! What do you say fellow Kenyans?
