Dear @TeamYouTube,
It is October 2nd.
That’s 89 days since my 100k+ subscriber channel (smbgtoff) was deleted by a bot on July 5th—and the reality of being a creator on this platform has never been clearer.
To get an automated error fixed on YouTube, you shouldn't need a viral tweet with 50,000 retweets.
Justice shouldn't be reserved exclusively for creators who manage to generate public embarrassment on X.
Look at what happened to my channel:
1. Built a 100k subscriber community over years using 100% original VR skits.
2. Awarded an official Verification Badge by YouTube's team.
3. 3 hours later, an automated bot flagged and nuked the account for "Spam."
4. My appeal was rejected in under 3 minutes by the exact same bot.
Since July 5th, I have submitted appeals, filed formal DSA dispute paperwork, and reached out through every official channel available.
The result? Total silence, automated template replies, and closed doors.
Meanwhile, we see the exact same pattern play out every week: standard creators get stuck in an endless bot loop for months with zero human review, while the few who manage to blow up on X get their channels restored in 24 hours by a real specialist.
Procedural fairness shouldn't depend on an algorithm or a viral post.
Every creator—verified or not, massive or growing—deserves a basic, manual review when an AI moderation system makes a glaring error.
I am asking @TeamYouTube to stop ignoring case file (smbgtoff). Assign a human specialist to do a manual review of my content.
Please retweet and tag @TeamYouTube to help get a real pair of eyes on this! 🙏
