Ethics aside, this is a major reason why a lot of members don't churn, it's not good.

Yo, @RuneScape it seems like having prem club cancelled my 1 month sub so I lost my grandfathered rates even though I've had a continuous sub.

That HAS to be an oversight, you cannot punish those that bought your top tier subscription.

Can we get clarification on this?
