@wildstein Great! But it's ok to reject an Emergent Application that seems review of an election case dealing with the Hudson County Clerk, Director of Elections gave out false / inaccurate minimum signatures required to run for office and then personally rejected their Petitions.

@AndyKimNJ Having clerked in the Appellate Division for Judge Pressler, I know she would be disappointed that the Appellate Division Denied the candidate Emergent Application stating the Election Case wasn't emergent. Election cases are emergent by their very nature.

@wildstein Well having clerked in the Appellate Division I was surprised that one judge on emergent duty found a election appeal to get on the ballot NOT Emergent. Election appeals are emergent by nature. So they don't always get it right. Case out of Harrison that you covered.

@MattFriedmanNJ 1/2Hudson County can give out false / inaccurate minimum signatures and then reject an election petition for lack of signatures because the correct number was higher. Judge found for County. Appellate Division said Election Matter was not Emergent. Election matters are emergent.
