@bet365help @mark88817192 Why can’t you just post what the issue is rather than DMing people - there’s obviously an issue if multiple people are asking!
@TicketmasterCS You’ve emailed me twice to tell me I need to print my tickets but when I log into my account it says they’re not ready yet - what’s going on?
@TUIUK any chance you can check my flight delay compensation claim is actually being looked at? It only took you 2 days to tell me I wasn’t in the system but once I sent you evidence of my booking etc I’ve not heard anything for weeks!
@TUIUK Flight delayed over 5.5hrs, submitted my claim and was rejected saying I’m not in the ‘delay system’, responded with my booking confirmation and email from TUI advising my flight was delayed - no response!
@RoyalMailHelp It’s been nearly 24hrs since I DM’d you the information you asked for and still no response, can@someone look at this?
Or don’t you monitor your DMs?
@SkyBetHelp It’s now showing, bit unusual that it’s took half an hour to show, usually updates straight away. Maybe the sky bet app hadn’t had its morning coffee!
