@4Viewers @Deckard_Red I think it’s underhanded for it to have been available on the previous years (19) model and then again the year after (21). There is an expectation that things like this follow on.

And yes I have cleared my cache and cookies @o2. I've tried it on Mac (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and Windows (Edge, Chrome and Firefox) including in private mode.

This isn't even funny anymore @O2! Your security checks mean I can't enter the code that you sent me. And on top of that, if logged in on my phone trying to cancel the Calm extra, I get an OOPs message. And I do not want to be on the phone with cust support for over an hour.
