Today, I had the pleasure of joining @TheSalGreco on the Sal Greco Show to discuss suing the NYPD.
We covered a wide range of issues that continue to plague the department and how officers can navigate these issues to win in Court!
There's a new Sheriff in town.
Sheriff Edwin Raymond has dedicated his life to protecting the people of New York while bettering the institutions keeping us safe.
He grew up in East Flatbush, the son of Haitian immigrants. He became an NYPD officer to build bridges between the force and the communities they serve, and to write a new legacy for the NYPD. His life's work has been fighting for truth, justice, and safety.
I can think of no one better to serve as the Sheriff of the City of New York.
Mayor Zohran Mamdani declared that “there’s a new sheriff in town” on Monday as Edwin Raymond was sworn in to lead New York City’s Sheriff’s Office. https://t.co/i09SqQrZjx
A Staten Island Supreme Court judge has ruled that Mayor Mamdani acted lawfully in killing Eric Adams' zombie-like Charter Revision Commission, rejecting Randy Mastro's claim that the state law enabling the disbandment was unconstitutional.

In another black eye for Jessica Tisch’s NYPD, former 46th Precinct Commanding Officer Inspector Jeremy Scheublin has officially been indicted by the Bronx District Attorney. @NYPDPC@NYCMayor@NYCCouncil
On July 1st, 2026, a Bronx County Grand Jury indicted NYPD Inspector Jeremy Scheublin on eight criminal counts, including:
• Attempted Rape 1st
• Sexual Abuse 1st
• Assault 2nd & 3rd
• Unlawful Imprisonment
• Forcible Touching
• Official Misconduct
• Obstructing Governmental Administration
The indictment alleges the offenses occurred on January 1-2, 2025.
Earlier today Inspector Scheublin was arrested.
As I stated earlier EVERYONE including NYPD cops are innocent until proven guilty and deserve due process but with that being said how did @NYPDPC allow him to remain full duty for 15 months during this criminal investigation that now has formal charges attached?
Thank you to @TinaMoorereport for the shoutout and acknowledging The Sal Greco Show today in her well written and thorough article in the @nypost today!🫡 https://t.co/RyABHAiagw
🚨Developing: According to sources, NYPD Inspector Jeremy Scheublin, who filed for retirement last week while on modified duty, was suspended today. Sources further indicate he may face criminal charges related to recent allegations involving alleged “frat house” behavior while serving as Commanding Officer of the 46th Precinct, among other allegations.🚨
Follow-up: Here is the official department order confirming Inspector Scheublin’s suspension.
@ZohranKMamdani says @NYPDPC agreed with him that additional NYPD headcount wasn't necessary so it got cut. This saves $$ and also helps Mamdani politically. Raising headcount is one of the few areas in which @nycDSA publicly distanced themselves from him.
Federal bribery charges against former New York Mayor Eric Adams’ onetime chief of staff are just the latest allegations against members of the ex-mayor’s inner circle
