@MattHamiltonCPA @DallasAptGP Here is a twist. I’m looking at adding geothermal to a historic tax credit project. The geo tax credit is equal to the historic (40%), but geo is year one and allows 100% bonus depreciation. Any reason to not pull the geo out of the QRE and tackle both tax credits?
