🚨THE PENTAGON HAS JUST WAIVED UFO NDAs FOR DISCLOSURES TO PURSUE

The Department of War has issued a legal waiver allowing current and former military personnel, civilian employees and contractors to provide protected UAP information directly to authorised PURSUE representatives.

The waiver covers ordinary Non Disclosure Agreements and Special Access Program Indoctrination Agreements. These are the agreements signed by people given access to some of the most tightly controlled programs inside government.

According to the Department, anybody holding UAP related National Defense Information can now speak to PURSUE without triggering the civil or administrative penalties contained in those agreements.

For years, people with knowledge of alleged UAP programmes have said they feared losing their clearances, facing legal action or breaking secrecy agreements if they revealed what they knew. The Pentagon has now acknowledged those concerns and created a route intended to remove them.

Congress already authorized protected disclosures to AARO through the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act. Preliminary guidance issued on July 31 then told intelligence agencies to appoint PURSUE representatives and inform their workforces.

This new announcement goes further by providing a direct Department of War waiver that specifically includes former personnel, contractors and people who signed Special Access Program agreements.

That all sounds great, but there is still an important limitation to this.

The waiver only protects disclosures made to official PURSUE representatives. It doesn't allow witnesses to release classified documents publicly, speak freely to journalists or tell the UFO community everything they know.

Anything provided through the system will be reviewed by the government for security and 'possible ' declassification. The Department also hasn't publicly named the PURSUE representatives or explained how somebody with information is actually supposed to contact them.

The government has spent years telling potential witnesses that their NDAs shouldn't stop them from using authorized reporting channels. Its now issued a formal waiver because those agreements were obviously still being treated as a barrier.

The door has finally been opened for people inside alleged UAP programmes to speak. We now need to see who walks through it and how much of what they reveal is eventually allowed to reach the public.
