(I was originally going to describe them, respectively, as millenial-coded and zoomer-coded, but I'm not sure I'm quite versed enough in the perceptions of either generation to say that with any confidence)
The People Vs Gorilla Grodd, the new show from DC Studios, is coming to HBO Max. Our first foray into the true crime genre. From the creators of American Vandal, starring Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Jimmy Tatro as Gorilla Grodd, Beck Bennett as Steve Lombard, Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant, & Wendell Pierce as Perry White. Additional cast includes Mary Holland, Eduardo Franco, Dan Perrault & Arian Moayed. Along with Lanterns, this was one of the shows Peter & I pitched to WBD before we came on board. With Tony and Dan at the helm, it's something truly special.

If Superman (2025) and the reboot had landed as they would've intended, the world should've forgotten about Henry Cavill Superman. Us reminiscing about Him yet, is the literal proof the reboot failed. James, it's over bro. Go home.
"Each film is Rocky proving her wrong and getting her on his side again." - Rocky II, maybe, but Rocky IV doesn't treat her concern as particularly unreasonable -Drago killed the last guy he fought, after all- and Rocky V just straight-up agrees with her.
Adrian serves as both the antagonist and trophy, especially in the sequels. She refuses to show up in the first fight because she fears he will get hurt - magnifying his 2nd closing act crisis (he's fighting alone) - and then last minute arrives to support because she finally realized she has to stand by her man. (Don't scream at me, it's the 1970s)
In sequels she straight up turns into a nag, constantly berating him for being stupid and risking his life. Each film is Rocky proving her wrong and getting her on his side again.
And then there's Rocky III, where Adrian doesn't offer even token pushback to Rocky fighting, but instead the big moment between the two of them is Rocky confessing his fears and doubts and Adrian telling him she thinks he can -and should- beat Clubber Lang.
AD WRITER: All right, I'm just throwing stuff at the wall here. If this doesn't work, we could try something else.
GLITCH: You're the expert here.
AD WRITERS: [laughs nervously] I'm really not. But let's see how it goes.
Neither was "Songs of Ascent", for that matter - that was an entirely seperate recording project (which Bono still swears up and down they're going to release eventually).
The problem with doing any kind of "worst movies/books/anime/albums/whatever of all time" list is that the ACTUAL worst one of those things is usually something deservedly VERY obscure.
What those lists are ACTUALY about isn't quality, but infamy.
There's an account on BlueSky that seems to exist for the sole pourpose of reposting posts of people talking about dreams they had. I found out about it from one of mine getting reposted.
I, uh. I don't know.
Okay, is Mitakihara City supposed to be home to all of the richest people on Earth? Because practically every location is the most outlandishly extravagant version of it imaginable.
Gameoverse beating The Gaslight District in views isn't surprising -TGD caters to a very, uh, specific, kind of offbeat kind of aesthetic sensibility- but Knights of Guinevere too? That's a little more surprising.
