@Crohnoid@bottomline_ibd I started with palpitations, which took almost a year of tests including a Rubidium heart scan before I got the all clear with no long term damage. 2 yrs on, the palpitations are few, and only mild think it was a valve letting some blood back the wrong way. But very uncomfortable
@Crohnoid@Chunkwithcrohns Thanks Nigel, I must remember ‘Citrafleet’ for next time. Moviprep is pretty disgusting after the first glass, I think drinking this is the worse part of the whole unpleasant process.
@utritionista @nataliesparacio To me you’re in denial, it’s great you’re in remission and looking after yourself, but that is not cured unfortunately. And while we try to educate the public about C&C you are undoing all that good work.😏
Positive tweet, February I had a small bowel resection removing 19cm of bowel, after anti TNF therapy didn’t work. Late May I was on the summit of my 114 peak in the Lake District.

Later in the year the Costing Crohn's Study will be needing help from Crohn's patients in the UK. Please could you follow @CostingCrohns to keep up-to-date and RT. Thanks

Thankfully when taking medications I've not yet had this reaction but I know lots of others with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis who have. I hope the medication is helping Dynamo. https://t.co/UybxXizCGo
@CrohnsColitisFn Absolutely agree, had I not stayed under the health care systems radar for 25 years I might not have needed to lose 19cm of small bowel in February.....keep your disease in check.
@CrohnsEffect The therapy his fella brings to our family is irreplaceable. He was so gentle with me after I’d had surgery. In his eyes, he had an injured pack member I guess.
@Crohnoid I did Nigel, and for three days I could smell my own bile through the tube!!!
Yes elephant man I can identify with, when the bag came off I was able to go walkabout in the ward, with this big plaster holding the tube in place I did feel like elephant man 😊
