@GodBrahman I read this book when I was 19, practiced its teachings which led to a series of synchronistic events, then a spiritual awakening.
There's power in their techniques!
Nervous system regulation is spiritual.
It’s you saying, “I no longer live in fear.”
It’s returning your body to God’s rhythm: slow, patient, trusting, and grounded in love.
"What uplifts one soul can crush another. The same principle fire warms or burns depending on the vessel."
Truth is not passive.
It is not just “information.” It is a force.
The same idea, the same experience, the same piece of knowledge; can elevate one person into clarity and strength,
while throwing another into confusion, arrogance, or imbalance.
Why?
Because it doesn’t act in a vacuum. It acts through you.
If your inner life is ordered:
disciplined thinking, steady will, clean intention -
then higher truths become fuel.
They strengthen you.
But if your inner life is chaotic; driven by impulse, ego, or instability —
those same truths become destructive.
They don’t build; they distort.
This is why real spiritual traditions never begin with “secrets of the universe.”
They begin with:
Self-mastery
Moral discipline
Inner structure
Because without that, you’re not being “opened”… you’re being overwhelmed.
People think more knowledge = more power.
But the reality is:
More knowledge = more intensity.
And intensity amplifies whatever you already are.
When truth arrives, will it refine you… or expose you?
The Earth is alive.
Dr Steiner taught that the Earth is not a dead rock floating in space, but a living organism with layers; just like you.
The soil and minerals are only its physical body.
What makes it alive is:
an invisible field of life forces he calls the etheric body.
This is what lives in:
the growth of plants
the rhythms of seasons
the pulse of forests and oceans
Plants are not just on the Earth.
They are expressions of its life;
like hair growing from a living being.
Even the great cycles of nature reveal this:
The breathing of the Earth in day and night.
Its circulation in water and air.
Its rhythms moving through time.
You are not standing on this organism.
You are living within it.
And more than that,
you are not a passive part.
Steiner says the human being is a conscious organ of the Earth.
Everything else in nature lives and grows unconsciously.
But you think.
You choose.
You become aware.
Which means the future of this living Earth
does not depend on nature alone…
It depends on whether you become conscious.
Because according to Steiner, the Earth is evolving.
From a cosmos of life
into a cosmos of love.
And that transformation happens through human beings.
Are you living in a way that helps it evolve?
@SarahRising888 Absolutely beautiful 😍 Sarah.
I choose the path of God and love in my heart and it guides and moves me to fulfill my promise and potential of my purpose as man.
Thank you for this creative and eloquent reinforcement. ✨️💚🙏
Black Hole Singularity;
It is the theoretical center of a black hole, predicted by general relativity as a point of infinite density, zero volume, and infinite spacetime curvature.
It is where matter is crushed, laws of physics break down, and gravity is absolute, representing a "point of no return" within the event horizon.
Every human being has experienced something spiritual in their life. Everyone has broken the limitations of the physical body at some time, whether they label it that way or not. But to stay and sustain that experience needs preparation. Yoga is the science of enhancing the mind, body, emotion and energy so they have the capacity to hold on to such an experience. #SadhguruWisdom
Courage is not the absence of fear.
It is a spiritual force.
According to Dr Steiner, courage is what gives strength to your whole being.
It works through your will, your heart, and your direction in life.
It is what allows you to act on what you know is true…even when something in you wants to retreat.
Because fear, is not neutral.
It weakens you.
It makes you passive.
It disconnects you from clear thinking and higher judgment.
Courage does the opposite:
It strengthens your inner structure.
It makes you active.
It aligns you with your higher self.
This is why he does not treat courage as something optional.
Without it, real development does not happen.
The most important form is moral courage.
The courage to stand for what you know is right.
The courage to go against the crowd.
The courage to act when it is uncomfortable, uncertain, or inconvenient.
Because this is where most people fail.
Not in dramatic moments; but in small, daily decisions.
Every time you act out of fear,
you reinforce a pattern of weakness.
Every time you act with courage,
you strengthen something in your future self.
In this sense, courage is not just a moment;
it is a force that shapes your destiny.
You don’t become yourself by thinking about truth.
You become yourself by acting on it.
And that always requires courage.
Are you acting from what you know is true…or from what you’re afraid to lose?
🚨 New research shows quantum states in the brain may link consciousness to the entire universe.
In a fascinating convergence of physics and neuroscience, recent research suggests that human consciousness may function as a quantum phenomenon—one that connects our minds with the broader universe.
Building on the controversial Orch OR (Orchestrated Objective Reduction) theory, scientists are now producing experimental evidence that supports the idea that microtubules—structures within brain cells—can maintain quantum coherence, even in the brain’s warm, wet environment.
These quantum states could be the key to consciousness existing as a wave capable of superposition and entanglement, potentially linking human awareness to quantum systems across space.
This theory has gained new traction thanks to simulations and experiments showing that quantum reactions can persist inside microtubules for significantly longer than expected.
Meanwhile, theoretical physicist Timothy Palmer suggests that consciousness may reside in a cosmic fractal “state space”—a shared geometric structure that might explain both free will and our sense of being interconnected with the universe.
While not yet definitive, this research marks a critical step toward understanding consciousness as more than a neural illusion: it may be a quantum feature of reality itself.
Something happens at the intersection of the human body, the temple, and the Earth - and Randall argues we are approaching the point where that something can be given a quasi-scientific explanation. The framework he is working within is one shared across many traditions: that human beings are not simply physical bodies, but layered systems of increasingly subtle bodies, each corresponding to a different stratum of dimensional experience. Chakras, in this reading, are not metaphysical decoration. They are transition points between those strata - functional boundaries within a multi-layered system of consciousness.
What Randall finds significant is the scale at which this principle operates. The pulses, rhythms, and periodicities that govern cosmic phenomena are not separate from human biology. They are microscopically encoded into it - present in the processes of cellular growth, in the development from a single cell to a fully formed human being, and in the rhythms and tempos of daily life. The temple and the Earth body follow the same pattern. Randall’s argument is that ancient traditions recognized this correspondence not as poetry but as observable fact - and that the scientific framework needed to describe it objectively is, for the first time, beginning to catch up.
@chesleydohl@mattjmanning333 I go by the definition provided by Spiritual Awakenings International. I had a mystical bliss experience by their definitions:
