Back in MHK for the holidays and very saddened to learn about the passing of my friend and former colleague Ian Punnett. He was truly one of a kind and an incredible mentor who will be missed by many. #kstatefamily
My friend @deaconpunnett passed away today, leaving a hole in my heart and in the soul of @kstatemediacomm and @Wildcat919FM.
We were kindred spirits and best of friends- he was "Uncle Ian" to my kids.
He taught me much about life and about me. I will miss him so. #YouBelong
I was probably 10 years old the last time I truly remember water flowing in the Arkansas. I'm 33 now. The water situation in SWKS will become dire without conservation and transitioning away from irrigation farming that drains the Ogallala Aquifer.
@Wildcat919FM Congrats! It is an understatement to say that 91.9 is one of the most important cultural cornerstones of MHK. I never changed from the station during the 15 years I spent in town. Love to see the recognition!
Student journalists provide essential reporting on their communities, and they advocate for press freedom and transparency. That's why, this year for #StudentPressFreedom Day, we celebrate Bold Journalism and Brave Advocacy! https://t.co/5BzSZQk8LU
I don't know if I'm late to the game or early, but @NotionHQ has quickly become one of my favorite tools.
I'd be interested in hearing about how others are using it to collaborate across organizations.

With increased competition in the #k12edtech sector, my bet is on elegant, evidence based products that are easy to use and trend toward student impact in 2023. Check out my guest post on @KatieBoody's newsletter for my #edtech predictions. #tcea#edchat https://t.co/C6YMu4gA1z
Prediction 3: With more capital to conduct research in the space, #edtech companies that prioritize research/evidence in their product development strategies are likely to create better products with faster product-market fit.
