The entire Warren RECC service territory remains under a heat advisory through at least tomorrow evening. Some of the best ways to save energy during this time include: keep shades and blinds closed during the day; turn up your thermostat a degree or two, if possible (even 1 degree will help); and save laundry and dishwashing until later in the evening. If you have to be outside, stay hydrated and out of direct sunlight as much as possible. Stay safe everyone!
We are aware of several outages in the Warren/Edmonson area, affecting approximately 15,000 members. Crews have been dispatched and are currently working to determine the cause and get power restored as soon as possible.

Officer Bailey found a squad of new officers at the @PBC_Elementary Halloween party today. We are sure they’ll be patrolling for candy tonight.
We hope that everyone has a great, safe Halloween and that we all can smile like Officer Bailey’s squad.
@joeimel there must be a major incident on or near Cemetery Road road, near the Allen County line. A dozen emergency vehicles have passed my house, and there's a Medevac helicopter circling. Any ideas?
Celebrating a major milestone at GRREC. Today, we reminisced about our rich history and discussed the exciting payoff of our building. We're thrilled to announce that GRREC has just paid off the final addition of our event center—4 years early!
