@SW_Help I see there is an absolutely pathetic service from Waterloo to Farncombe this evening, while at the same time lots of the trains that serve Farncombe are going to Southampton instead. Southampton though are not playing at Wembley, sort yourself out.

@HMRCcustomers The state pension figure given is still wromg in 2024/25, despite being told I was correct in 2023/24 and they would send a letter. I ended up paying the wrong amount and have never received any letter, it is over 6 months now. Also your AI is useless and no help.
@HMRCcustomers I have jut received an email from you about sending in my self-assessment but I am still waiting for an answer from a query I made last March and it ended up with paying the wrong amount in tax. The will haapen again because I don't receive the full state pension.
@HMRCcustomers In 2023/24, your assessment claimed I received a full state pension for the 6 months from my 66th birthday, I receive less. This year again selfassessment is locked at £11,471 when I only received £11,436. I wrote in March phoned a couple of times,

@SW_Help I tried again this evening, and collection of pre-ordered tickets still doesn't work at Farncombe. I then walked to Godalming, the machine there worked okay. It would appear to be a Farncombe problem only.
@SW_Help This morning I bought a number of advanced tickets online, but when I went to collect them at Farncombe the ticket machine was working but the collect advanced tickets button was full and I was unable to collect them. Is this a network fault or just Farncombe?
@LumoTravel I was delayed on Friday going to Newcastle from London, I put in a delay repay claim to SWR, who I bought the ticket from, they refused and fowarded the claim to Lumo. Lumo have said that they will repay me by cheque, I don't have a bank anywhere near me.
@AcademyATFC Thanks for the reply, unfortunately a combination of SWR and GWR means that I am unable to attend tonight. I am also worried that the rail companies will cancel the last 3 trains from Sandhurst again, like they did after the Wealdstone game and leave me stranded.
@GWRHelp Don't worry I have cancelled my trip, I don't want to be stranded in Sandhurst again when you cancel all the late trains, this time my potential call out to drive all the way to Sandhurst is not available, and I am not capable of walking 18 miles home.
@SW_Help All of them 16:28, 16:55 and 17:54, the same trains that have cancelled for each of the last 4 days if not longer, the 17:28 isn't even shown on the current journey planner.
@SW_Help so you have already cancelled the afternoon trains at Farncombe because of "weather". Why can you not be honest and say you are running a reduced timetable like you are on other lines.
