@IngrahamAngle Fed up with a successful, scandal free 8 years of prosperity?
Or fed up because a Black family was living in the White House and it broke bigots like you.
Trump says, "I don't think about Americans' financial situation" and "I love the inflation."
Mike Johnson says Republicans "have a plan" to cut Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.
The politicians running the show in DC are openly admitting how much they're selling us out.
Dear DNC and every Democrat running in November,
Here is your campaign.
Start running it now on every TV station especially Fox News, every radio station, streaming platform, in programmatic, on billboards and bring it up in every press interview.
Republicans have already taken $1 trillion out of our healthcare system. They won’t stop until they dismantle it even further and take social security down with it.
Americans pay for these programs. They should NEVER be cut so taxpayer funds can be funneled into the pockets of Trump and the ultra-wealthy.
To the Republican majority of the Supreme Court:
You have shown yourself willing to IGNORE precedent, even while the ink was still drying on YOUR decision insisting YOUR unprecedented intervention in an election didn’t affect that precedent.
You’ve blessed willful DEFIANCE of a valid injunction by a lower court — that YOU upheld on appeal — irreparably undermining the rule of law.
And you DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER engaging with the facts found by the lower court — IGNORING the applicable standard of review.
And YOU did it all, seemingly, to advance a partisan agenda to cement YOUR ideological goals.
But that was BEFORE votes were cast.
Can we count on you not to torch the Constitution to advance those same interests and goals if the party in power repudiates the will of the voters? What assurance are you making to instill trust in your institution?
History is watching and will judge your actions.
Every time the shadow docket has touched a contested map, the outcome favors Republicans.
Texas gerrymander: allowed.
New York Democratic flip: blocked.
Louisiana: VRA gutted.
Virginia Democratic map: refused to save it.
Alabama: a Black district erased.
Same direction every time.
Fun fact: The removal of Trump’s name from the Kennedy Center is a “permanent” injunction. It’s a FINAL judgement. No appeals. They have 14 days to remove the name. Period.
BREAKING: we just won our Kennedy Center case!
Both the renaming & the closure of the Kennedy Center are enjoined
Kudos to our wonderful client @RepBeatty
& my colleagues @DDAction_ & Washington Litigation Group
This is a 1-2 punch against Trump's corruption
This is a fantastic explanation for laypeople (like me) as to how the Texas GOP really screwed themselves over … and will take decades to undo. Recommended reading.
One thing that won't get enough attention about John Cornyn's loss to Ken Paxton is that--no matter the result in November--Texas Republicans just gave up seniority in the Senate, one of the most prized currencies in federal politics.
Let me explain what I mean...

@mrpyo1 I don’t know if it’s possible between the film studio and the Sean Connery estate, etc but a revamp/better graphics for the PS2 version of “From Russia With Love” would be awesome.
@fowltown@ParamountPics@SonicMovie I started watching the Sonic films bc of a comment of Adam Sandlers, essentially that he called Jim Carrey and told him how fun a movie it was and that it was brilliant. That was the only reason. So I watched them and had a great time with all 3. I’d recommend them to anyone.
This is just sad.
The Trump T1 phone is beginning to ship this week, and get this!
It's produced in China, by a Chinese company. It's selling for $499 yet it's merely an outdated T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro 5G smartphone put into a gold shell. You can by the T-Mobile phone on eBay or at Walmart for a little over $100
Trump scammed his base yet again!
Lying in a legal briefing would get you disbarred as a regular lawyer. But when you’re an unelected, lifetime appointee with powers to write decisions that completely undo & remake the Constitution, the decision gets to stand & you get to keep your lifetime position. Outrageous.
There's an obvious reason why the Republican Supreme Court Justices sound so nervous. During their confirmation hearings, these justices sat under oath and promised that Roe v. Wade was settled law. They lied. They told us they were independent. Then they quietly accepted luxury mega-yacht vacations from right-wing billionaires, flew insurrectionist flags outside their homes, and used shadow dockets to dismantle decades of worker and environmental protections.
Now, trying to persuade the public that a Republican-controlled Court issuing Republican-friendly decisions is not a Republican body has never been more difficult.
Now that their public approval has cratered, they are showing up to fancy think tanks to complain that Americans are being unfair to them. They are desperately demanding to be treated like impartial umpires who simply call balls and strikes.
But, ultimately, you do not get to strip away the bodily autonomy of millions of women, pocket millions in undisclosed gifts from conservative mega-donors, and then cry about a lack of respect.
Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett were all lawyers for the campaign that got the below result, so the fact they couldn't give a shit about fair elections is not a surprise.
