The annual Perseid meteor shower peaks this weekend, and with clear skies last night, I headed to Oxford Island, Lurgan. A few hours from dawn and activity started to pick up, with meteors from all directions.#Perseids #Perseids2018 @AstronomyIRL @NiSiFilters @earthskyscience

Ice in the Mist - A misty morning (well 2am) at Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon helped to bring our focus and attention to the shapes of the icebergs. Reflections were near perfect, with only the occasional seal swimming past :D #Iceland @LEEFilters @UKNikon @OPOTY #iceberg
