Best of luck to the Pathfinder team in Letterkenny as they go live today! Pathfinder improves outcomes for older people by providing safe alternative care at home rather than hospital and will be provided by NAS staff working with colleagues from Letterkenny University Hospital.

UHW ED is experiencing high attendance rates. If you are OVER 65 & calling 999 the pathfinder team may respond if your concern is not urgent. PATHFINDER: paramedic & therapist assessing you at home to avoid transport to the ED where possible. You can also be referred by your GP
