@THORmaximalist Traders gotta trade, nothing wrong with that. And I wouldn't worry about short-term shorts. As traders they have defined risk. Could be worth reaching out to him, he does ongoing streams/analysis and may do some TA for RUNE and buy spot if he gets the FA?
@hitbtc@srinivasbat When the hell did that fee come in place. I never received an email about this and I receive emails regularly. This clause isn't in your fee section either, nor does it show up in the support section. Surely you can't just hide this clause in a tiny section of T&Cs...
Bridged through IBC before but will try out that way, thanks. They do need to make the process easier somewhat for adoption, through a Cex, or ideally, Thorswap...
@THORChain Order book, or would something like Uniswap v3 LP work?
It's really about getting the pool deeper to improve slippage I would've thought rather than add more chains, but then adding other EVMs could help adoption? Moonbeam, to get Polkadot onboard?
@THORmaximalist@THORChain Do you think the regulatory risk is no longer there then for Monero, this was one of your prior points wasn't it? And thoughts on the role of Maya to mitigate that risk to current NOs?
@Adam0658 @phtevenstrong@THORSwap Those are 'market' slippage, dependent on pool depth, not just a fee Thorswap charges for the lols. You want to help reduce those? Add LP and increase the pool depth.
@KyleKrason@THORmaximalist@THORChain Increased volume, which increases fees, which is a greater incentive for LP depth, which reduces slippage, which makes swaps cheaper, which encourages volume, which....
And with pool depth,$RUNE price increases.
@0xCryptoactuary@THORSwap That's fair. My thought was that you're assuming that the growth of revenue (might increase) will be at the same rate as future dilution (will increase).
Personally I'd want to have a holistic picture, have both, as versus diluted simply shows how far we still need to go.
@THORmaximalist@CBarraford@THORChain I've just watched Chad's video - would be interested to hear your thoughts and whether it changed your view on risk to the protocol?
@StarlingBank I'm sorry, but why are we back to this again? Got to be the 3rd time you're reversing that policy. Who are you protecting again? All I am asking from my bank is to be custodians of my own money, I don't need an overly 'cautious' mother, cheers
