Garbage day in my area is Wednesday, this pile of garbage & park a disgusting chaotic mess? Maybe these bins need to be emptied nightly, given the high usage and covid lockdown order. This is only one of many on my route this morning @regionofpeel Webb/Redmond

HUGE THANK YOU to @JoinCoral - dedicated environmental warriors who voluntarily spent a second Saturday in cold damp weather, completing last week’s cleanup of Elmcreek Park in Malton. Hauling shopping carts out of the creek has to be the worst job ever!
We are also on Instagram, which is our main source of communication with our volunteers! You can send us a direct message from there as well. https://t.co/3fMRyT3BUY
Back at it tomorrow for another take Elmcreek Park. Come out and join in, lets continue trying to keep our parks healthy and clean! Shoot us a message if you’re interested🌱
Continuing cleanup at Elmcreek Park, Malton CC next week. Amazing @JoinCoral “nature’s vigilante volunteers”. Lucky to have Angie Rehal who truly cares about community service. Volunteers (especially youth needing volunteer hours) join them Sat Dec 5 10:00 am. Free lunch!
@carolynhparrish@akrred Anything is helpful! We already appreciate your help😊 any volunteers willing to join and need volunteer hours are encouraged to come out! The link to register for the event will be in our bio on both our twitter and Instagram!

Thank you @akrred for all your help and attention and big thank you to @carolynhparrish for the supplies and gift card. The park needs more attention so we will have to go back out next week. https://t.co/oVbfKXufV6

@akrred There is a link in our twitter bio and you can sign up there. The cleanup is as long as you would like to stay out. We usually are there for two hours depending on the condition of the park. Yes I would wear boots😊👍🏼
