Some of the Citadels will be jointly owned by the entire community/nation, and some will be privately owned by groups of citizens who "stake them".

Those who stake are paid simply for offering them as part of the territory for the nation.

The Adenovirus used as adjuvant in some vaccines cause thinning of the foreskin, increases the risk of HIV for men in particular.

It's not to be confused with what happened Australia with people testing positive for HIV after vaccination.

That was a non issue.

This is real but only relates to vaccines using Adenoviruses as the adjuvant, at least as far as we know.

This refers to the fact that some Adenoviruses used in vaccines (AD5 in particular) has been shown to increase the risk of HIV for men who take them (thinning foreskin)
