โI canโt believe the changes since I have started and my speed has vastly improved. My goal was to run a sub 40mins 10K which I did in 38:53mins which has now led to a PB 1:24mins Half Marathon. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about improving their running formโ.
Great weekend with @tomgoom.
Loads of interesting evidence based run injury prevention, gait analysis, strength/ condition, rehabilitation & injuries treatment. #Run#Injury
One study found people who exercise struggle fewer days/mo with their mental health, but that same analysis found those who exercised more than 6 hrs/wk struggled more.

Congratulations to all those Alton Runners at the Batty Bimble yesterday. The sun shone so we stripped to t shirts... Just in time for the horizontal downpour of cold rain that didn't let up! So many happy smiles and such a great course though... ๐๐๐

My movement patterns are very far from ideal, my hip hinge is far from perfect and my balance is shocking. Train your weaknesses, maintain your strengths. #FridayMotivation
Feedback on our recent Movement Re-Patterning for Rehabilitation course:
โDefinitely a different outlook on movement and biomechanics for a Podiatric perspective. Thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt lots of new knowledge. Will be back againโ. Annie- Physiotherapist
