The Reddit account u/source2leakaiml claims to have worked with Valve on Half-Life 3 and alleges an announcement on Dec 11th.

According to him, the game is coming and the announcement is imminent.

“Valve was waiting for was the ability to handle physics—specifically fluids and destruction—using machine learning instead of expensive deterministic calculations.”

Take this with a grain of salt.

@JEStew3 I don't think it's better than most short films. It looks more like a commericial than a real movie. It's definetly the best AI Video I've seen so far but still it feels a bit off. Like too artificial.
