@AskPayPal a friends paypal account has been hacked and used for lots of purchases. The account password and phone number have been changed and he is trying to contact you to regain control of his account. How can he contact you now to stop these people ??

@EE how come you don't care about the environment? Every month our company phone bill is over 1mb (not really a big size) so it can't be downloaded or emailed. I have to phone up every month to get a paper copy. Surely in this day and age you must be able to up the 1mb bill size?

@EE Every month when I call it takes over 30 mins to explain all over again why I need the bill sent as it can't be downloaded. Who do I raise it with to get this sorted? Surely this can't be good for your environmental policy??

@EE Hi Olivia, No MyEE doesn't let me download the bill because it's more than 1mb. Every month I have to request my 271 page bill in paper form. Such a waste of paper/ink/postage and time

Why is it that every single time an amazon parcel is coming via @RoyalMail tracked 24 it never arrives on time. Royal mail tracking is appaling and there is never any comeback. #angry #TheyDontCare

@DHL_UK it's great that you keep me informed of what time my delivery is coming but I order lots of stuff to be delivered to lots of places.. How am I supposed to know what delivery this is referring to without a postcode or sender reference???
