@DHLParcelUK and @jlandpcustserv why do I have to wait up to 3 days for a pick up code for my John Lewis order when DHL tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the collection point yesterday? I spent 30mins waiting on phone to DHL and unable to speak to someone.
