@Xfinity you really have to look in to how this was handled. You guys directed me to @comcastcares after I had numerous failed attempts on the phone. Now for 2 days, @comcastcares doesn’t know what they are doing and have told me the same thing over and over again.

@Xfinity customer service is the worst. I have spoken to multiple people and nobody can get internet or cable to my new home. The system doesn’t recognize my address. One of their employees even asked if I tried other providers even though all my neighbors have @Xfinity
