@MexRentACar it was less than a pleasure trying to do business with you. After being forced to wait over an hour I was told my prepaid reservation was being cancelled because I refused to pay undisclosed junk fees and purchase insurance I didn’t need. @JamesUthmeierFL’s staff in the Attorney General’s office should take a look at your business practices. The out of state and country tourists I saw you dupe and threaten to cancel their reservations when they are without options at midnight and tried to stand up for themselves isn’t how any FL business should treat anyone. Thanks @uber for the quick pickup. Inconvenient for me, but predatory and disgusting to do to the others I was in line with. If this is standard practice, Jorge working the desk tonight should get employee of the month. If the company actually has any values, Jorge should be unemployed tomorrow.
Live and learn - but for anyone reading, learn from my mistake and never attempt to do business with @MexRentACar
@VoteRandyFine@fineout Talk about an election ballot that would read like a retention question:
A. Fine
B. Fineout
If you guys decide to make this happen, let me suggest “this time the choice really couldn’t be clearer” as a joint tag line.
@PeterSchorschFL I’m not the one in his ear urging him, but it’s what made the most sense to me since his commercials started airing in central Florida.
WHAT IF the commercials for LG Collins aren’t test balloons for a primary with Donalds - but rather boosting his profile in a region with one “problematic” incumbent Republican congressman to see if a primary challenge is a path there. Or, laying groundwork for a new redistricted seat should redistricting occur.
@ScottforFlorida@RescueAmerDream As always, thank you for hosting, and to your team for putting this event together. Great seeing you and all of our friends in Congress and the Adminstration discussing the issues that impact American families.

Beautiful day for fall baseball. It was very nice of @GovRonDeSantis to take a quick picture with William - who insisted he attend the game in costume.
@EmilyDuda7 Skillet Queso was their signature dish! Sure it’s squeezed out of a giant plastic bag and reheated - but that’s what we want!
And for those that don’t care now, just wait. Next it will be Olive Garden’s breadsticks, or the Bloomin’ Onion at Outback!
RIP Skillet Queso
Never in my life been affected so much by the passing of someone I have never even met.
Someone shared this with me and I really needed to see it.
Maybe you need to see it too.
Given today’s news, an interesting Florida fact is that while many former Lieutenant Governor’s have gone on to high profile careers in academia or appointed positions, none have ever won a race for higher office. Two did go on to serve as Governor due to vacancies for 27 days.
I decided to spend a little time digging through budget data as we await this year's veto list. For other political nerds out there, this might be a fun, quick read.

Most Floridians have never even heard of it—but Camp Gordon Johnston in Carrabelle trained over 250,000 troops for amphibious assaults like D-Day. Before the beaches of Normandy, they prepared on the beaches in Northwest Florida.
