If you are correct, and I believe you are, we (PWP) need to spend more time writing our stories down. Not just social media but real pen and paper writing. Blog, journal, etc. Don’t lose your story to the ravages of time.

The evidence is definitely building for exercise with even some studies showing potential to slow progression, question is why isn’t it being prescribed & monitored like the meds? Diet studies building but lack of access to dietitians trained in neuroscience is seriously lacking
