@British_Airways I would appreciate a call from customer services reference my flight LGW to FAO on 12/07 returning 20/07. My extra legroom seats booked and paid for have been changed but not reallocated. They are a requirement as I’m 6ft6.

@easyJet on 21/05/25 I was sat at the gate at Faro (FAO) to board flight 8540 to London Gatwick. It was cancelled due to a mechanical defect with the aircraft. My compensation claim was denied due to not getting on the flight. How was I supposed to do that when it was cancelled?
