@JagexHelpSamo Hi, would it be possible to look into my account RSN:Jojj ? I was recently hijacked and have since recovered it. I just want to make it unrecoverable in the future so I can play without the risk of getting hacked again.
@JagexHelpSamo Hey no worries for the late replies it's a busy weekend for me too! Yeah, the email associated with the account was made over a decade ago was associated with a bunch of database breaches so I believe my old passwords and ips were leaked. The email account in question was not 1/2
@JagexHelpSamo Hi Samo, thanks for the reply. My Gmail wasn't compromised as I didn't have any new device logins, it had 2 factor authentication on it as well. I didn't have any viruses on my computer, scanned with different antiviruses and my other accounts were not compromised.
@JagexSupport I have submitted requests with creation ISP, creation dates, credit cards on file with previous membership purchases, I don't have the transaction ID because it was many years ago.
I can't include more than 1 password because the Javascript on the site is broken.
@JagexSupport , Recently had my account recovered by someone that wasn't me. I have attempted to recover my account 3 times to no avail.
I no longer have the transaction ID emails, but I have my bank's credit card statements for subscription/billing
