@BritishGas I have moved into a property which the previous owner had you as their supplier. The house was empty for 2/3 yrs and gas supply turned off. I have called you twice to provide meter reads, I have provided a meter read on live chat. You still won’t accept it

You have asked me to waste more of my time to provide the same meter read. An engineer has been out to confirm no gas supply when we moved in
The problem is your system has estimated the meter read should be 2000 more and issued a bill for 6k.
When there was no gas for that time
