AI didn’t arrive in 2022. It just became visible.
What failed wasn’t ambition; it was job design. Most roles run on judgement, context, and recovery when things break.
That’s where AI still struggles.
Stop treating AI as workforce strategy. It’s a job design problem.
@ScottAdamsSays Scott, thank you for all you've done and achieved across your life, and I have always enjoyed learning from you. May you walk gently with God on your journey. You are in my prayers.
@Shadowwork6969 Purchased a copy from the Great Coaches group recommendation you made. My young lad is reading it, even quoted an observation the other day to me!
@WillSchofield idea, why don't teams build skills in the torp? Make it a legitimate option from 65m. Surely with a training block, players can execute say 25%, which would be above average for goals per inside 50m. Then say another 15% scores from the mis-executed chaos balls. It'd make the flood defence extend to 80m, and create space as well.
As Simmo to analyse it 😉.
Reckon you'd score more than 2 goals in a half, if you had it in your toolkit.
Check out my appearance on The Project tonight. Employers have to be allowed to use information. There are enough protections for how it's used as it is.
Unions are calling for a total ban on employers monitoring their staff's social media accounts.
However, businesses are pushing back, claiming that staff must be responsible for their conduct outside the workplace.
@paulohalloranIR Oh dear. You start to wonder at what point you'd reconsider taking the risk of starting a business and paying for what you can't reasonably direct.
I actually think the salary cap is all that's needed to moderate free agency. I actually would go the other way and say scrap compensation for the club losing the free agent. Net effect has benefited clubs lower down the ladder in terms of assets. North getting pick 3 for Mackay was crazy! They play the game well. The biggest losers are the 16 clubs not involved who all pay 1/16th of the cost, to the benefit of the other two clubs. But because the impact is watered down it goes unnoticed which I think is a mistake.
@Tingas75@michaelsleap@tommorris32 Local clubs run by volunteers, coached by volunteers, games managed by volunteers, on school & community ovals provided FOC.
@michaelsleap@tommorris32 Yeah, ridiculous argument. Where's the other 90% go anyway? And as a parent of junior footy players, most money in junior footy comes from the parents, don't see much coming from elsewhere. #strawman
