@chrisklomp @Moszkowicz @JanVlug1 Want Wim staat niet geregistreerd in Spanje, en betaalt er dus ook geen IB, terwijl ie dus wel inkomen heeft. Dat is ook een kwestie van tijd voordat dat opbreekt.

Hij had dus kans op een nieuw leven, maar heeft alles vergooit.

Z'n nederlandse bankrekeningen zijn inmiddels getorpedeerd, en nu heeft ie een Bunq-bank rekening.

Die rekening heeft ie aangemaakt met het NIE-nummer (spaans BSN nummer) van Marcel, want hij heeft er zelf geen. 1/x

@SCShipyards The only time I carry an adapter when travelling in Europe si when going to UK/Ireland, all other sockets happily accept the 2-pin plugs that 99% of devices use.

So, practically speaking there isn't a problem.

@opalthedoor77 I never had a chance to see them in concert until a few years ago. I wasn't expecting much, but wow. I was blown away. They were really shining doing those older drone-like songs. Very loud, hypnotic and velvetunderground. One of my fav concerts.

The problem for most people to understand/accept this is the concept of infinity.
This sum only works when never stop adding and continue truly until infinity. When you stop it breaks.

@TheSocialClock @Lewiswbt1 I already posted a very clear video how the proof works. This is not fringe mathematics; it's an unintuitive result, yet very correct.
It's just as "wrong" as 1-1+1-1... adds up to 1/2, which also is only true then actually going to infinitiy. But this, also this is correct

And yes, in physics this bit of math has practical applications.
Important to realize is this is only true if you actually count until infinity. You can't stop.

@TheSocialClock @Lewiswbt1 Definitely not a meme. Sure, of course, there is controversy around it, especially about the meaning of the equal sign, but the math that leads to this conclusion is very solid.
It's not something you can simply dismiss just because it's counter-intuitive.
