Facing Infinity: Black Holes and Our Place on Earth is available to pre-order.
The book is published by @AtlanticBooks in the UK and The Experiment in US/Canada. It is translated by Nichola Smalley, and features a foreword by Nobel Laureate Frank Wilczek.
The second UPAC colloquium speaker session featured @Jonas_Enander from the University of Amsterdam discussing the question "Is the Universe a Black Hole?". https://t.co/W1IXrQrKh5
Today the Leonardo da Vinci study association from @Radboud_Uni in Nijmegen, Netherlands visited the Oskar Klein Centre. About 30 students got to hear about our research, how it is to do move to Sweden and also see the @Stockholm_Uni telescope.
New episode of the space and science podcast #spacetimefika by Swedish physist @Jonas_Enander .
Did I mention that I created the logotyp? Right, I guess I did. Anyway, listen via the link in the post below.

The gorgeous polarized image of Sgr A* is finally out! So so proud of this result, and leading this project alongside @RicarteAstro the last two years has been quite the experience! Look at this beauty!!
Breaking news: the Event Horizon Telescope team unveils strong magnetic fields spiraling at the edge of Milky Way’s central black hole, Sagittarius A*. This new image suggests that strong magnetic fields may be common to all black holes.

Scientists can finally show that a neutron star formed from our most well-studied supernova, SN 1987A. The breakthrough was made possible thanks to James Webb telescope #JWST New study in @ScienceMagazine from @stockholm_univ @TheOKC@KTHuniversity et al https://t.co/tEaND9wvoh

The EHT has released new images of the M87* black hole from observations taken in April 2018. The brightness peak of the ring has shifted by about 30º compared to 2017, consistent with our theoretical understanding of variability from turbulent material around black holes.
